We do not collect payment card details, bank account numbers, or passwords. All orders are Cash on Delivery — no online payment is required.

Order data is stored in a secure, private Google Sheet accessible only to the Moppinz team. We retain order data for up to 2 years for record-keeping and support purposes, after which it is deleted.

Third-Party Services

  • Google Apps Script — to receive and store order data securely
  • Google Fonts — to display website typography (no personal data involved)
  • WhatsApp Business — for customer communication (subject to Meta's privacy policy)
  • Courier partners (TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.) — your name and address are shared solely for delivery purposes

We do not use advertising trackers, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any third-party advertising cookies.
