By placing an order on moppinz.com, you agree to these terms. We've kept them clear and straightforward.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using moppinz.com and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. About Moppinz

Moppinz is a Pakistan-based brand selling eco-friendly laundry sheets, operating exclusively within Pakistan. All orders are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not accept advance or online payments.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice, but once an order is confirmed, the price at time of confirmation applies.

  • 12 Sheets — Rs. 1,499 + Rs. 400 delivery
  • 24 Sheets — Rs. 2,499 (free delivery)
  • 48 Sheets — Rs. 4,400 (free delivery)
  • 72 Sheets — Rs. 7,200 (free delivery)
Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,000. A flat Rs. 400 delivery charge applies for orders at or below Rs. 2,000.

4. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older, or placing the order with guardian consent
  • The delivery information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are available to receive the parcel and make Cash on Delivery payment
  • You have a valid phone number that can be reached for delivery confirmation

5. Cash on Delivery

All orders are processed exclusively on a Cash on Delivery basis. Payment is made to the courier at the time of delivery. We do not store any payment information.

If you are unavailable after 2 delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled. Repeated cancellations may result in future orders being declined.

6. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days for major cities, 3–5 days for other areas
  • We ship via reputable courier partners (TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.)
  • Our team will call you before delivery to confirm
  • We serve all cities across Pakistan
  • Moppinz is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

In summary: return shipping costs are borne by the customer; we refund the product price in full upon receipt of a valid return.

8. Product Use

Moppinz Laundry Sheets are intended for standard domestic laundry use. Please follow the usage instructions on the packaging. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or use contrary to instructions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Moppinz. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Moppinz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
