Overview
At Moppinz, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your Moppinz Eco Laundry Sheets, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
This policy applies to all orders placed through moppinz.com across Pakistan.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Return request made within 14 days of delivery date
- Product is unused or minimally used (tried for 1–2 washes)
- Original packaging is intact or reasonably preserved
- Order number and proof of purchase available
The following are not eligible for return:
- Products returned after the 14-day window has passed
- Products that have been fully used (all sheets consumed)
- Damage caused by misuse or improper storage
Refund Amount
What is not refunded: The original delivery charge (Rs. 400) and the return shipping cost — both are non-refundable. These delivery costs are borne by the customer.
Return Shipping Charges
Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. You can use any courier service of your choice (TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.) to send the product back to us at our Lahore address.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp at 0314-4020301 or email info@moppinz.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm your return eligibility within 24 hours and provide the return address in Lahore.
- Pack the product securely and ship it back using any courier. Share the tracking number with us.
- Once we receive and inspect the return (usually 2–3 working days), your refund will be processed.
- Refund is issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash — we'll confirm your preferred method.
Refund Processing Time
- Refund processed within 3–5 working days of receiving the return
- Bank transfer may take an additional 1–2 days to reflect
- You'll receive a WhatsApp/SMS confirmation once the refund is sent
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, we take full responsibility — including covering the return shipping cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
